# Do you offer adult gymnastics?

Yes we do! Our adult classes are for ages 16 onwards, and are based on a casual punch-pass system. They are suitable for beginners through to ex-gymnasts, and do not have a set curriculum, so you can learn the skills you wish to, at your own pace with our coaches.
