What do I bring to gym?

For most of our classes - all you need to bring is your water bottle! You may also like to read What do I wear to gym?. For some of our classes such as our two hour Gym Developments or longer Squad classes, there may also be time allocated for a quick break. If they wish they can bring a small snack for this break, however, this can vary depending on class, so it is best to ask your coach before class starts if you will be having a break.
