# What do I do if my child is sick?

If your child is sick and cannot make it into gym, if you [send an email](mailto:info@activegym.com.au) as soon as possible prior to the class we can generally add a makeup token to your account. Makeup tokens can be used to book a one-off class of the same type as a makeup. For illnesses spanning multiple weeks we request that a medical certificate be sent through, and depending on the length we can either issue a makeup token or add a credit on the account to book in for the following term.
