How do I switch locations in the customer portal website?

Customer Portal Status Bar When booking a class, it is important to ensure you are booking at the right location. To do this, please look at the status bar in the top right of the screen. Your current location is displayed as well as contact details. Click on the 'map marker' icon to access the locations menu.

Alongside your currently selected location, all other locations are displayed with a 'switch to location' button. Simply click the button to change locations.

How do I book a trial?

| New in 2024! Trials can now be booked online! If you have trouble booking via the below instructions please send us an email or call and we'll be able to help out :).

If you're unsure of a class for your child, we can do one-off trials for a small fee. We recommend signing up for a parent portal account, which will also allow you to view all the various times we have available across both our locations.

Once you find a class you'd like to try, head to the 'Shop' tab on the portal, and click on 'Passes'. A new 'Trials' Category will appear and look similar to below.

Click on the pass relevant to the class you would like to book (of note - please be mindful of 2 vs 1.5hr Recreational Level classes).

Once you have purchased a pass, head to the 'My Account' tab and click the 'Passes' icon on a student.

What is the customer portal?

The customer portal (and app) allows you to book classes, update your gymnasts' details and more all online! It can be accesed by clicking here (https://app.iclasspro.com/portal/activegymnastics/dash).

To download the customer portal app download the app with the below links, and enter activegymnastics as the organisation code.

What do I wear to gym?

Leotards aren't an essential item for coming to gym - but if you'd like to show your leo off - be our guest! We ask that you wear something which is flexible and that you'll be able to move in. Don't forget to bring your water bottle!

We do ask that you take off any dangling earrings (stud earrings are okay), and that any wrist watches/etc are removed as they can catch on equipment. If you have any medical devices you need to wear - if you could let the coach know (or pop it into your child's/your notes) - we'll make sure to mind it when on any equipment :).

Where are you located?

We have two locations! Our O'Connor premises is located at Unit 10 & 11 / 352 South Street, O'Connor. Our Jandakot premises is located minutes away from Cockburn Central, at Unit 3 / 30 Biscayne Way, Jandakot 6164.
