What class should I book for a six year old?

We have two programs for six-year-olds, both our Gym Kids and Futures League Junior classes would be a great fit.

Our Gym Kids classes are one hour long and start with a group warmup followed by splitting into their classes to rotate around the gym. They start with some of our gymnastics fundamentals and build on their skills throughout the term to work on harder skills each week.

We also have our Futures program which is 1.5 – 2hrs long, and progresses through Levels 1 through 6. It is also a recreational program, but starts to focus a bit more in depth on gymnastics technique and skills – as well as letting the gymnasts spend a little more time on each rotation to practice their skills.

If your child has done gymnastics, or a similar sport, before, they will likely find our Futures Level 2 class a great fit. Alternatively, our Futures Level 1 or Gym Kids 6 - 7 (or 5 - 6) classes may be preferable. If your child is unsure which one they want to do, we can also offer once-off trials for a small fee, which don't have a full-term booking commitment.
