What do I do if my child is sick?

If your child is sick and cannot make it into gym, if you send an email as soon as possible prior to the class we can generally add a makeup token to your account. Makeup tokens can be used to book a one-off class of the same type as a makeup. For illnesses spanning multiple weeks we request that a medical certificate be sent through, and depending on the length we can either issue a makeup token or add a credit on the account to book in for the following term.
