  • What do I do if my child is sick?
If your child is sick and cannot make it into gym, if you send an email as soon as possible prior to the class we can generally add a makeup token to your account. Makeup tokens can be used to book a one-off class of the same type as a makeup. For illnesses spanning multiple weeks we request that a medical certificate be sent through, and depending on the length we can either issue a makeup token or add a credit on the account to book in for the following term.Few readers
  • Do you offer adult gymnastics?
Yes we do! Our adult classes are for ages 16 onwards, and are based on a casual punch-pass system. They are suitable for beginners through to ex-gymnasts, and do not have a set curriculum, so you can learn the skills you wish to, at your own pace with our coaches. To buy a punch pass please see How do I buy a punch pass?, and to book a class using a punch pass please see: How do I book a class using a punch pass? (/en/article/how-do-i-book-a-clasFew readers

If you have any medical devices you need to wear - if you could let the coach know (or pop it into your child's/ySome readers
  • What do I bring to gym?
For most of our classes - all you need to bring is your water bottle! You may also like to read What do I wear to gym?. For some of our classes such as our two hour Futures or longer Squad classes, there may also be time allocated for a quick break. If they wish they can bring a small snack for this break, however, this can vary depending on class, so it is best to ask your coach before class starts if you will be having a break.Few readers
