How do I buy a punch pass?

Some of our classes are bookable via our punch-pass system. This gives you the flexibility to book on-the-day without committing to a full ten week term. If you are looking on how to use your punch pass, please see: How do I book a class using a punch pass instead.

1. Access the Parent Portal, and select your location with the 'Map Marker' icon in the top right.
2. Select the 'Shop' tab from the top menu bar
3. Click the 'Passes' Category
4. Select the program you are looking to purchase a punch pass for
5. Select a pack to purchase, and complete the check out process

You should receive an email to confirm your purchase within a few minutes (check your junk or quarantine folders if it hasn't arrived). Your punch passes are saved to your account, and can be used both through the app/website and in store.
